You'll greet clients warmly as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and are directed to the appropriate practitioner or service.
You'll manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and care, process client payments both in person and over the phone, and maintain accurate and confidential client records.
A key part of your role will involve monitoring communication channels to manage schedule changes and keeping practitioners' calendars running efficiently.
You'll also oversee the collection and distribution of mail, assist with general administrative duties, and contribute to the smooth, day-to-day operations of the practice.
A basic understanding of accounts administration will be highly regarded.
