Your new role

As an experienced procurement professional, you will be responsible for implementing the Procurement and Supply Chain Business Plan. Supporting the Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will deliver both business-as-usual and strategic projects, including those that are high-risk or sensitive. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing advisory services across procurement functions, including source-to-contract, contract management, procure-to-pay, probity, spend analysis, procurement systems, and supplier management
* Delivering spend insights and benchmarking against business objectives, KPIs, and purchasing compliance
* Engaging actively with stakeholders to understand their business plans and procurement needs, fostering collaborative relationships that identify continuous improvement opportunities
* Managing end-to-end supplied relationships in line with the company's Supplier Relationship Management framework
* Supporting the Strategic Sourcing Manager with documentation, procurement workflows, and communication between suppliers and internal teams
* Leading high-level negotiations, offering expert advice, and resolving complex contractual risks
* Assisting with audit actions, risk management, and implementation of management recommendations
* Conducting market research research to gain insights into supply chain dynamics, risks, buyer behaviours, and external factors such as legislation and policies
* Actively participating in training and development to enhance team performance

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience in the same or similar position - ICT portfolio is preferred
* Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
* High proficiency with MS systems and procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Ellipse)
* Experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities, including defining business cases and delivering value through change.
