Job Role Overview
The primary function of this retail sales position is to provide exceptional customer service and support in a busy store environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Taking customer enquiries in-store and over the phone,
* Investigating and assisting customers with problem-solving therapy issues,
* Providing setup, ongoing support, and equipment for therapy maintenance,
* Fitting customers for masks and recommending suitable ones based on training,
* Offering advice on safe and effective use of medical equipment,
* Selling new or additional services over the phone with follow-up on trial results,
* Maintaining good condition of retail premises and displays,
* Handling payments, balancing float, and banking,
* Managing stock levels and reordering as required.
To Succeed In This Role You Will Need:
* Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service environment,
* Providing caring and outstanding reception duties,
* Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure,
* Strong customer service skills always seeking the best outcome,
* Adaptable communication skills,
* Active listening skills to find solutions to customer concerns,
* Healthcare retail experience preferred but not essential.
