The Employer & The Role
Our client is a family-owned and operated company that specialises in feedlot operations, backgrounding, breeding, farming, and logistics. The company's operations are based in the Condamine and Augathella areas, with the feedlot located 10 km from Condamine.
They are looking for a motivated MC driver to join their expanding team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics team, responsible for transporting commodities, livestock, and other materials. There is prospect within the business to grow and develop for the right person. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Loading, transporting and unloading cattle
- B-Double to Triple Road Train combinations
- Collect and deliver feedlot commodities, including grain, cottonseed seed and hay
- Side tipper work
- Adhering to safe work conditions & ensuring fatigue is managed correctly.
- Drive vehicle combinations in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
- Perform thorough pre-start machinery checks, including truck and trailers for safe operation
- An opportunity to operate heavy machinery exists if the applicant is interested

A spacious four-bedroom air-conditioned house that is ideal for families will be provided. Additionally, there is the opportunity for a partner to be employed if needed. The home is located 10 km from Condamine and features various schooling options, good services, and excellent fishing opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
You must hold a current valid MC driver's licence and have the following skills and attributes
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience transporting livestock
- Commit to upholding high safety standards and prioritise animal welfare
- Proactive with a positive attitude
- Adaptable and flexible
