The Role
A seasoned Project Manager is sought to oversee multiple projects, collaborating closely with site teams, clients, and senior management to ensure successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Prepare and control construction programmes using ASTA software.
* Maintain budgets, monitor costs, and manage variations.
* Foster a culture of robust Health & Safety standards on all projects.
* Implement quality assurance processes.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams and junior staff.
* Provide accurate project progress reports to senior management.
* Support pre-construction and tender activities when required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar senior project leadership role within construction.
* Strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
* Proficiency with ASTA programming software.
* In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and risk.
* Full driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
