Regional Commercial Partnerships Manager

Pixellot is looking for a Regional Commercial Partnerships Manager (CPM) to lead our connection to clubs, associations and sporting federations across Australia and New Zealand and accelerate our growth in the market.
As Part Of Your Role, You Will
* Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with sports leagues, associations, media companies and the broader sports ecosystem.
* Build long-term relationships that drive adoption and recurring revenue across key verticals.
* Execute commercial agreements and own the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding to growth and retention.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with global sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategy and campaigns.
* Represent Pixellot's brand and value proposition in the Australia and New Zealand market at key events and meetings, both in-person and virtual.
* Provide ongoing market insights to help refine our regional go-to-market and partnership strategies.
* Meet and exceed targets with accurate forecasting of revenue and partner pipeline.
Requirements
* 5+ years of proven success in sales and/or business development.
* A strong network and deep understanding of the Australia and New Zealand sports ecosystem.
* A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
* Strategic thinking and the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with CRM systems.

* Tech-savvy mindset - experience selling tech or SaaS solutions.
* Experience selling to the education sector in Australia or New Zealand.
* Background in sports coaching, sports tech, or analytics.
