Stockland has an exciting opportunity for a Development Professional (Assistant Development Manager) looking to progress their career in the Social Infrastructure sector, based in our Melbourne Office.
**The Opportunity - About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**- Assist in ensuring all projects are scoped, designed and delivered in accordance with agreed parameters-
- Financial performance and risk assessment-
- Awarding, managing and administering consultants and contractorsManaging marketing, inquiry, and commercial negotiations-
- Reviewing market conditions and competitor activity-
- Financial Modelling - provide support to Development Managers on current and prospective projects including assisting in writing approval submissions-
- Prepare and submit internal approval documents**About You**- Previous exposure to the full lifecycle of a development project is ideal-
- Social Infrastructure, or Commercial/Retail development experience is preferred but not essential-
- Experience with lease negotiations is ideal but not essential-
- Strong reporting and administration experience-
- Strong negotiation and/or sales skills-
- Strong team focus with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels-
- Ability to consolidate, summarise and share information-
- Preferably degree qualified in property or related discipline-
