Site Administration Position
Ausdrill are seeking a skilled and self-motivated individual to join our team on site at Fimiston. This is a residential position based in Kalgoorlie working a 5 day week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Accountable for processing, submitting and records maintenance of site registers and training data;
* Maintaining site training matrix;
* Reporting on upcoming compliance inspections as per the Contractor Management Systems (CMS);
* Liaising with Perth based mobilisation team to assist with the onboard of personnel to site;
* Onboarding contractors for operations and maintenance departments;
* Updating the weekly maintenance service schedule;
* Receipting purchase orders on behalf of maintenance;
* Driving company vehicle to pick up or drop off personnel or freight where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A manual C class drivers licence;
* A customer service focus;
* An eye for detail and strong attention to data entry accuracy;
* Professional presentation and phone manner;
* Excellent Microsoft office suite skills;
* Strong focus on time management and adhering to deadlines;
* Effective communication skills.
