Location: Sydney (2/3 days in the office, the rest WFH)
We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS company using technology and digital innovation to redefine live experiences. You will drive demand generation across content, email and paid media. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role ideal for a doer—someone who thrives on execution, not delegation. You'll be building campaigns, creating content and managing performance from end to end.
Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, email and organic channels
* Own the editorial calendar; write blogs, case studies and landing pages & create short-form video content
* Manage email campaigns and lifecycle marketing using HubSpot
* Set up and optimise paid ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
* Make light website updates (Webflow), manage tracking and conversion optimisation
* Talk to customers, gather insights and develop customer-led content and case studies
* Track performance metrics (MQLs, CAC, pipeline), reporting weekly on outcomes
Qualifications
* Must have experience working within a SaaS Start-up
* 4+ years in a hands-on B2B SaaS marketing role
* Strong experience with HubSpot, GA and paid media platforms
* Experience with go-to-market Strategy
* Ability to run campaigns independently end-to-end
* Solid grasp of SaaS metrics and performance tracking
* Technically confident with web tools and analytics
