We're looking for a Senior Account Director who knows how to lead complex digital programs, build trusted client partnerships and guide multi-disciplinary teams through large-scale CMS and DXP delivery.

What You'll Do
You'll take ownership of key enterprise accounts, overseeing major platform implementations across CMS, DXP, digital products and integrated marketing initiatives.
You'll work closely with Delivery, Strategy, UX, Marketing and Technical teams to translate client vision into practical outcomes that perform at scale.
You'll act as a strategic advisor.
That means planning ahead, identifying growth opportunities, navigating complexity with confidence and ensuring clients always feel informed, supported and understood.
This role is hands on.
You'll be coaching and guiding teams, managing senior stakeholders and ensuring that every engagement delivers measurable value.

Skills And Experience
7+ years in agency or consulting environments managing enterprise digital accounts
Proven experience leading CMS and DXP implementations such as Sitecore, Adobe AEM, Sitefinity, Kentico or similar
Strong knowledge of digital product development, website builds and content-led platforms
Experience guiding multi-disciplinary delivery teams and navigating complex stakeholder groups
A history of driving client growth, retention and long-term account success
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present, influence and lead conversations at senior level
Strategic thinking combined with practical execution
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to every challenge
