Century Venues operate the Enmore Theatre, Metro Theatre, Factory Theatre complex, The Comedy Store, Manning Bar, the Darling Quarter Theatre and The Concourse Performing Arts Centre Chatswood. We are seeking experienced and emerging production crew to deliver world class live music, comedy and theatre.
We are looking for flexible crew across the following departments:

* Bump in crew
* Follow spot

Audio
You will be responsible for FOH and Monitor console operation for live music, theatre, comedy and corporate events. This includes patching, mics, stage setups and troubleshooting under pressure. Familiarity with analogue and digital consoles such as dLive, A and H, Yamaha or Digico is highly valued. Knowledge of system tuning, playback and venue audio maintenance is also important.
Lighting
You will operate, program and plot shows across music, comedy, dance and theatre. Proficiency with DMX systems and consoles such as MA or ETC is preferred.
Stage and All Rounders
You will assist with stage management, changeovers and backline setups. This role involves coordinating with touring crew, ensuring smooth transitions between acts, having a general knowledge of audio, lighting and vision, and supporting safe and efficient show builds while maintaining a tidy stage.
Follow Spot Operators
You will operate follow spots for concerts, comedy and theatre shows. This requires taking precise cues and clean pick ups from show callers, maintaining reliable focus and timing, and working consistently through long runs.
Bump In and Bump Out Crew
You will assist with load in and load out of staging, truss, audio, lighting and backline equipment. You will work effectively as part of a crew to meet deadlines, follow safe work practices and manual handling techniques, and support the production departments during setup and pack down.
