Conrock Australia is a building and construction company that have been operated throw Victoria for the last 30 years. We are going through continue and ongoing growth, as a result we are looking for a Records Manager to help us with the improved workload and our record system. Our head office is located in Melbourne's inner south suburb, and we are seeking a **Records Manager** to join our supportive, friendly teams.
Description of key activities/ responsibility:
- Evaluating and preserving records for administrative, historical, legal, evidential and other purposes;
- Preparing record-keeping systems, indexes, guides and procedures for archival research and for the retention and destruction of records;
- Identifying and classifying specimens and objects;
- Examining items and arranging examinations to determine condition and authenticity;
- Managing organisations' central records systems;
- Maintaining computerized and other record management systems and record forms, and advising on their usage;
- Controlling access to confidential information, and recommending codes of practice and procedures for accessing records.
- At least 2 years of relevant experiences;
- Experienced to reach out to people and build relationship with the team;
- Capable to manage multiple tasks at same time;
- Enable to work independent, and a good computer skills essential.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
