About the Role
As our Studio Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our studio. From the moment someone walks in, you'll ensure they feel welcome, supported, and inspired to move. Our studio runs immersive virtual classes, so your role is all about creating a seamless member experience — not managing instructors.
You'll lead front‑of‑house operations, drive membership sales, support members before and after class, and help create a studio that people can't stop talking about.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive membership sales and retention through exceptional customer service.
* Manage daily studio operations including bookings, payments, and admin.
* Greet members, answer questions, and ensure tech and sessions run smoothly.
* Build strong relationships with members and the local community.
* Track KPIs, manage lead follow‑ups, and oversee trial‑to‑member conversion.
* Troubleshoot any tech issues with virtual sessions (basic AV knowledge helpful).
* Maintain a welcoming, high‑energy environment that reflects our brand.
About You
* You're people‑first with a friendly, energetic vibe.
* You're a natural seller — not pushy, just confident, enthusiastic, and helpful.
* You have a minimum of 3+ years sales experience to excel in this membership‑focused role.
* You love fitness, wellness, or healthy living (you don't need to be a trainer).
* You're organised, reliable, and tech‑comfortable.
* You've worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another client‑facing role.
* You possess 3+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar client‑facing roles.
* You must have valid Australian work rights or hold an acceptable work visa.
