About Our Service
* We offer a 96-place service catering to children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 3 beautiful outdoor play areas.
* We provide excellent in-service support to ensure your success and growth.
* You will be guided by an outstanding Area Manager who will mentor and support you throughout your career.
* Our centre is conveniently located within walking distance to local cafes and parks.
* We utilize the Story Park platform to enhance communication with families about their child's development and foster a sense of active participation.
* Our operating hours are 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

About You
* You must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
* You should have experience working in either a Lead Educator or an educational leader role within childcare.
* You will be expected to support and guide the team.
* A valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid Certificate are essential.
* You may be required to open and close the centre when necessary.
* You should have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
* Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues are required.
* You will contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and educators.
