THE ROLE CIP Child Proection Data Analyst The Central Information Point (CIP) is a multidisciplinary team that provides timely and accurate information about perpetrators/alleged perpetrators of family violence to frontline family violence practitioners to help keep victim survivors of family violence safe. The CIP Child Protection Data Analyst will bring their child protection experience to work in a high performing child protection team as well as working collaboratively wtih partner agency teams from Victoria Police, Corrections Victoria, and the Magistrates' Court of Victoria. As a Child Protection Data Analyst you will access the Child Protection Client Relationship System (CRIS) to analyse and collate family violence risk relevant information and submit accurate written reports that contributes to consolidated CIP reports from all four agencies. You will possess child protection frontline experience and at times may be required to provide expert advice and support to other team members. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE * * Assess complex information held within CRIS to prepare accurate and succinct summaries of family violence information in a timely manner. * Provide expert advice on the quality, accuracy and relevance of data. * Input and contribute to the preparation of CIP reports including the appropriate analysis of available information.
