As a key valued lawyer in a Restructuring/Insolvency team of 15, you will report to the head senior partner, a recognized leader in insolvency law. Your role offers full autonomy, with a client portfolio that includes technical insolvency and bankruptcy advice, restructuring transactional work, and related litigation in the Supreme and Federal Courts and tribunals. You will have the flexibility to weight your responsibilities toward litigation or front‐end advisory/transactional work according to your experience and preference.

WHO YOU ARE
* Admitted as a lawyer in NSW with minimum 2 years post‐admission experience in restructuring/insolvency law (preferably) or general commercial litigation, or relevant experience interested in insolvency.
* Proven ability to manage cases and clients autonomously from start to finish.
* Strong technical knowledge and advocacy skills, results‐focused, proactive, practical with excellent time‐prioritisation.
