Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the support and maintenance of the core enterprise resource planning system
* Oversee technical operations, including upgrades, configurations, and changes
* Define the ongoing strategy and roadmap of the ERP, aligning with IT and organisational goals
* Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead solution development
* Provide thought leadership in setting the technical direction of the ERP system
* Support and administer the core ERP system, including monitoring, cycling, and troubleshooting
* Support ERP upgrades and patching
* Accurately record, update, and document requests using an IT service management system
* Create and maintain technical documentation of the ERP to support both solution representation and artefacts
* Govern technical changes to the ERP system in alignment with broader IT change protocols
* Provide technical guidance to integration developers and team members
Requirements include solid experience in enterprise software systems, configuring and administering core components, working with database technologies such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, and having skills in SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, procedures, triggers, packages, functions, etc.
