We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team in the Deli Department Part Time at Supamart IGA BlaxlandKey accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:Providing outstanding customer service to customers and ensuring, at all times, that the company is positively promoted.
Food handling of products from poultry, small goods, cheese anti pesto, seafood and prepared foods.
Stock Control: helping with ordering, presentation, merchandising and promotions.
Helping with training, supervising and developing team members.
Maintaining a hygienically clean and safe working environment.
Helping with cabinet layout, displays, merchandise; must have experience in the use of specialised equipment (slicer, chicken cooker and associated personal protective equipment etc) to be able to ensure equipment operates correctly (reporting immediately any malfunctions).
