Ward Clerk - Paula Fox Melanoma and Cancer Centre
The WARD CLERK is an integral member of the Day Treatment Area team, responsible for coordinating appointments for patients attending the Day Treatment Area and scheduling patient sessions. They also perform a wide variety of other tasks to support smooth operations within the unit.
- Full time (80 hours per fortnight + monthly ADO) – part time considered
- Managers and Administrative Worker Grade 1 Level 1 (HS1)
- Located at The Alfred, Paula Fox Melanoma and Cancer Centre

Experience and Skills Required
- Demonstrated skills in the use of IT systems, preferably in a health care setting (i.e. iPM, EMR)
- Demonstrated understanding of pre‑admission, admission and discharge principles
- Ability to work in a team environment
