ActewAGL is seeking a senior credit leader to oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure service excellence across all credit and affordability functions.
About The Role
* Manage teams responsible for credit operations, hardship support, and debt recovery across electricity, gas, and water services.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities include:
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting the credit team to meet KPIs and service standards.
* Managing team rosters, leave, and workload distribution.
* Overseeing debt collection activities including disconnections, reconnections, write-offs, and tribunal liaison.
* Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
* Driving continuous improvement through audits, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
* Preparing monthly and quarterly reports including NECF reporting.
* Resolving escalated customer complaints with professionalism and care.
