TEN Recruitment is working with a well-established WA contractor to find an experienced Site Manager who has a wealth of experience delivering high-end fitout projects.
This role offers the chance to work on a high-profile development, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while managing a team of subcontractors and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and quality.
* Implement and enforce WHS compliance, safety inductions, toolbox talks, and inspections.
* Identify and resolve on-site challenges, keeping the project running smoothly.
* Maintain detailed site records and provide regular updates to management.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager on major fit out or refurbishment projects.
* Ability to lead teams, problem-solve, and coordinate multiple trades effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of WHS regulations, industry standards, and safety compliance.
* Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights.
