Make a Meaningful Impact in Mental Health — Your Skills, Your Way
Join our caring, flexible team supporting young people and the Peel community.
At Oseca, we believe everyone has unique strengths — including our staff. We’re a passionate, multidisciplinary team working alongside our community to improve mental health and wellbeing through inclusive, innovative, and locally focused services.
We’re expanding our Peel Health Hub (PHH) services and Youth Growth program, and we’re looking for allied health professionals with mental health experience or qualifications to join us. Whether you’re a psychologist, counsellor, social worker, occupational therapist, mental health nurse, or bring another professional background, we want to hear what you can bring to the team — and help you grow from there.
Why join Oseca?
Oseca is a locally run, not-for-profit organisation committed to collaborative, person-centred care. We create safe spaces for young people and their families to access mental health support that works for them, and we’re equally committed to providing a workplace where our staff feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.
We understand that great practitioners come with different skill sets, passions, and goals — and we want to build on what makes you unique. You’ll find:
✨ Flexibility: We offer a range of part-time options and family-friendly working conditions, so your role can fit your life.
✨ Collaboration: You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team who share ideas, celebrate wins, and help each other grow.
✨ Development: We’ll support your professional goals, help you expand your skills, and welcome your input into how our programs evolve to meet the needs of the Peel community.
✨ Impact: You’ll make a real difference, providing accessible, high-quality care for young people and families in our region.
