About The Role
With several exciting projects recently secured in Queensland — including our role as a delivery partner for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games — TSA Riley continues to grow, and we're seeking Senior Project Managers to join our Brisbane Property & Infrastructure teams.
In this role, you'll lead and manage the delivery of complex property and infrastructure projects, overseeing teams and interfaces across a broad portfolio including social infrastructure, health, commercial and residential property, aviation, ports, transport, water, energy and wider civil works. You will take ownership of end‐to‐end project delivery, act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risk, programme and cost outcomes, and contribute to work‐winning and long‐term client relationships. You'll also mentor junior team members and strengthen local capability.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering or related fields (including mechanical & electrical design or trade backgrounds).
* 8‐12 years' experience delivering construction and infrastructure projects, ideally across Property sectors (e.g., social infrastructure, health, commercial property, aviation) and/or Infrastructure sectors (e.g., transport, ports, water, energy, civil infrastructure).
* Proven experience in a client‐side consultancy or in delivering major projects on behalf of clients.
* Strong leadership capability, with demonstrated success coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
* Highly developed communication, problem‐solving and commercial skills, with the ability to influence decisions and guide projects through all phases.
* A proactive and collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering high‐quality outcomes.
