About the Role
As a Business Manager, you'll partner closely with our Sales Team to provide tailored finance and insurance solutions for new and used car buyers. You'll guide customers through key financial decisions while delivering a first-class experience every step of the way.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Providing tailored Finance & Insurance options to suit customer needs
* Building strong relationships with customers, lenders, and internal teams
* Maximising leads, referrals, and achieving sales targets
* Ensuring compliance with all financial and regulatory obligations
* Promoting customer retention and a positive buying experience
What We're Looking For
* A professional, customer-first mindset
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* High attention to detail and computer proficiency
* A team player who collaborates well across departments
* Open C-class driver's licence
Previous experience in automotive finance or sales is highly desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
