By applyingReliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)principles, you will drive defect elimination initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and identify opportunities that enhance safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation.A key element of success in this role is building and maintaining strong working relationships with fixed plant and field maintenance teams, as well as production, planning, inventory, and engineering stakeholders across the site.Key AccountabilitiesAnalyse equipment lifecycle data to determine asset capability and optimise maintenance activitiesDevelop, implement, and optimise maintenance strategies that maximise plant safety, reliability, and performanceBuild capability within the maintenance execution team to enhance safety, reliability, efficiency, work quality, and professionalismMonitor equipment performance, cost, and reliability trends, conducting targetedRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)where requiredImplement improvement actions following RCA and monitor their effectiveness over timeCoach and mentor maintenance personnel in defect elimination and root cause analysis methodologiesCollaborate closely with central engineering, maintenance excellence, supply, and production functionsFacilitate failure mode and failure type reviews to support continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouDegree qualification inElectrical Engineeringor substantial electrical and reliability experience in fixed plant environmentsProven experience in a similar Electrical Reliability or Maintenance Engineering role within MiningStrong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisationDemonstrated capability to define, manage, and deliver projects from concept through to implementationHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and enterprise asset management systems (e.g. SAP)#J-18808-Ljbffr
