About the Role
This isn't a calendar-and-coffee EA gig. You'll be my operational right hand.
You'll have complete access - email, calendar, phone, home, finances. You'll know more about my life than almost anyone. In return, I'll trust you to act, make calls, and solve problems before I even know they exist.
One minute you may be walking my dog. The next you'll be prepping me for a board meeting. Then you're drafting an investor update. Then chasing my accountant. Then briefing me on who's in my next meeting and what I should watch out for.

What You'll Own
My Operations
* Email & Comms:
Triage my inbox, draft responses, flag what matters, make sure nothing slips
* Calendar:
Ruthlessly protect my time. Coordinate complex scheduling. Kill conflicts before they happen.
* Meeting Prep:
Before I walk into anything, I want to know: what's this about, who's in the room, what should I be aware of
* Travel:
End-to-end. Domestic and international. US trips may be frequent - I need these to run flawlessly.
Strategic Work
* Investor Relations:
Draft updates, coordinate comms, manage the data room, track follow-ups
* Board Management:
Board packs, scheduling, minutes, action tracking
* Internal Comms:
Town halls, leadership meeting notes, circulating next steps - and making sure they actually get done
* Decks:
Help me build executive presentations. You'll need taste and speed, not just formatting skills.
Life Admin
* Household:
Renovations, tradespeople, errands around Bayside
* Finance Admin:
Map transactions for accountants, chase tax stuff, keep my CFO happy
* Personal:
Pickups, dry cleaning - whatever keeps life running
* New baby arriving April
* you'll help me stay operational through the chaos
The Rest
* External Board Role:
Light support for a board seats I hold - calendar, doc prep, keeping me across the business
* Events:
Logistics for customer dinners, industry events, and hosting we do
* Exec Team (5-10%):
Booking travel, hotels, admin support - with my sign-off

* You've been an EA before - ideally to a founder or CEO in a startup or high-growth company

* You use AI daily. Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI - these are your productivity multipliers.
* You're fluent in Mac/Apple. That's our world.
* You're Melbourne-based and can be physically present in Bayside for in-person tasks.
