An exciting opportunity to work in a case-management role providing longer term community based mental health treatment and support. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Under the direction of the Manager and Consultant Psychiatrist(s), provide mental, social, and physical assessments, care coordination, clinical treatment, and support for patients and their families. Support bio-psycho-social treatment modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy. Develop and monitor Recovery Plans, conduct risk assessments, collaborate with community services, and participate in community education to enhance understanding of psychiatric disorders and service models.
