Administrative Support Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support in a part-time capacity.
About the Role:
* Manage office and site consumables, ordering supplies as needed.
* Organise events, meetings, and catering arrangements.
* Support procurement functions.
* Handle mail, courier deliveries, and general office coordination.
* Maintain administrative records, including weighbridge and invoicing support.
* Provide backup support for security and administration functions.
About You:
* Previous experience in administration or office support is highly regarded.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
* A strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements.
