Our client is a global leader in advanced skin health technologies, partnering with aesthetic and dermatology professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and support the growth of their businesses. Renowned for their innovation, premium product portfolio, and commitment to clinical excellence, they continue to experience strong growth across Australia.

As a result, we are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Sales Executive to join their Victorian team. Based in Melbourne, this territory will primarily cover Melbourne's eastern suburbs, with broader coverage across Victoria as required. This is a highly autonomous role with a significant business development focus, offering the opportunity to identify new opportunities, grow market share, and make a genuine impact on the success of the territory.

Reporting To The General Manager, Key Responsibilities Include

* Driving sales growth across a portfolio of capital equipment and consumable products
* Developing and executing strategic territory business plans
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
* Building strong relationships with aesthetic and dermatology customers
* Partnering with clinics to support business growth and optimise patient outcomes
* Delivering product demonstrations, training, and ongoing clinical support
* Collaborating closely with marketing, customer service, and clinical teams
* Providing education and coaching to end users to maximise product utilisation and confidence

To be successful, you will have:

* A proven track record in medical capital equipment, healthcare, or related B2B sales
* Strong business development and territory management experience
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
* A customer-centric approach and sound clinical aptitude
* A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a high-performing team culture

Experience within aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic devices, or medical capital equipment will be highly regarded but is not essential. More importantly, you are an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
