The Role
We are looking for a Commis chef who can work independently in the hot section. This is a great opportunity to step up in your career.
* 2 years' similar experience inhot section (Grills/Planchas/Fryer)
* Available to work a fewlate-night shifts per week (Until 2 am OR 3 am)
* Has a love of Mexican food.
* Passion for good food and keeping consistency.
* Professional and with good communication and management skills.
