Online Business Manager (OBM) — Fast Flip Formula

Location: Remote (Australia-based preferred)
Hours: Full-time or 30+ hours/week (flexible for the right person)

Reports to: Founders, Emily & Aaron Thompson

The Role

We're searching for an absolute weapon of an Online Business Manager (OBM) to become the operational and creative heartbeat of Fast Flip Formula.

This is a senior leadership role — not a learning opportunity. You'll already have proven experience running the backend of a successful online business or education brand. You'll bring both strategic structure and marketing creativity, balancing systems and scalability with story and brand presence.

You'll be the person who makes things happen — turning vision into execution, chaos into clarity, and big marketing goals into measurable, repeatable results.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day operations across marketing, events, coaching, and delivery.

Manage project timelines, task prioritisation, and accountability across a remote team.

Build, document, and refine operational systems and SOPs that allow the business to scale smoothly.

Ensure projects and launches run on time, on budget, and aligned with company goals.

Work directly with the founders to map 6–12 month marketing and content plans.

Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, launches, and brand storytelling.

Collaborate with marketing contractors (ad buyers, designers, copywriters, video editors) to ensure all creative output aligns with brand strategy.

Maintain consistency across brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Support the development of intentional, results-driven marketing initiatives that drive lead flow and community growth.

Build, optimise, and manage automations and processes within Go High Level, Slack, Google Workspace, and related tech.

Ensure all systems are integrated and reporting is accurate and up-to-date.

Identify gaps in efficiency and implement tech solutions to streamline operations.

Track, analyse, and report key business metrics: leads, conversions, sales, and campaign ROI.

Create simple dashboards that give the founders clear visibility into performance.

Use data to refine strategy and guide decision-making.

Lead weekly team meetings and progress check-ins.

Manage communication across departments and contractors.

Maintain accountability and ensure every team member understands their deliverables.


Ideal Candidate

You are:

A proven Online Business Manager or Operations Manager with prior experience running the backend of a multi-channel online business, ideally in the education, coaching, or marketing space.

A strategic thinker with creative marketing flair — you see both the vision and the path to make it happen.

Highly organised, structured, and self-driven — you love systems, but you also get excited by creative execution.

A confident leader and communicator who can manage diverse teams and personalities.

Calm under pressure, flexible with priorities, and obsessed with continuous improvement.


Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 3–5 years in a senior OBM, Operations Manager, or Marketing Operations role.

Proven track record of managing remote teams and digital launches.

Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, content strategy, and automation systems .

Experience with tools such as Go High Level, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zapier .

Strong communication and leadership skills — able to translate big ideas into clear actions.

A creative mindset with a love for storytelling, branding, and campaign innovation.
