Every day is different - you will be working both in and out of our airport office, get to stretch your legs in the fresh air all while finding solutions for our customers with an occasional hustle thrown in to get the things done that come up every day.
Based at Geraldton Airport, the successful candidate will be a very hands-on leader, with the ability to have flexible hours to meet flight arrivals and adapt to the opportunities and challenges each day brings, which will include:
Assisting our customers through the rental process
Cleaning and presenting our vehicles
Daily reporting & general administration
Managing a large fleet of vehicles
Servicing enquiries via phone, email and walk-up
Representing our brand in the Geraldton area and growing the business
You will need:
A strong background in customer service
Ability to multi-task, autonomously, sometimes under pressure
Outstanding personal presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a small team
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn our operating system
Drivers licence
