Cost Controller Role
We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cost control processes, including accurate collection, recording and reporting of forecast project costs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the cost control processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Assist with submissions to funding authorities and contribute to cost planning and cost control.
* Ensure integration with planning and scheduling, financial accounting and commercial functions.
* Implement cost control systems and procedures in accordance with established procedures.
* Apply project monitoring, analysis and change control using best practice techniques.
Mandatory Experience
* At least 5 years experience as a Cost Controller on industrial or commercial construction projects.
Desirable Experience
* Prior experience with disaster funding arrangements is highly desirable.
