Job Title: Accounts Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Accounts Assistant.
* Data Management: Ensuring accurate data entry, verifying invoices and purchases, and maintaining staff files.
* Payroll and HR: Preparing and processing payroll weekly, managing staff records, and credit notes.
* Customer Service: Communicating with debtors, managing obligations to suppliers and customers.
* Administrative Support: Maintaining internal accounting databases, updating spreadsheets, and filing documents.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in accounts administration or a related role.
* Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting is highly beneficial or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, possess knowledge of bookkeeping procedures, and debt collection regulations.
