 
        
        This supportive organisation is searching for talent with previous administration experience. This job is a one year contract position with hybrid working arrangements. This position is based in Sydney. 
**Administration Officer** 
**Duties & Responsibilities**: 
As part of this State Government Department, you will manage all aspects of Administration and support the team's performance. 
The Administration Officer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to: 
- Provide a rage of administrative and executive support services 
- Report writing, collating and distributing documents 
- Diary Management, organising meetings, agenda papers and taking minutes to support the executive 
- Act as a key initial point of contact for the unit 
- Provide purchasing and coordinating services 
- Represent the Strategic Communications and Public Affairs Unit at key-cross organization administration working groups. 
- Maintain an up-to-date level of knowledge about the Client's policies and procedures 
**Job requirements**: 
- Previous two years' experience in Administration and Business Support 
- Previous experience in State Government is preferred 
- Have robust attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities 
- The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly, and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients 
- Must be fully vaccinated 
- Valid working rights
