Senior Sales Executive
We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Executive to manage relationships with existing SME customers and drive growth opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
* To achieve sales targets by servicing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining the company's brand and value proposition in the market.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments through customer feedback and competitor analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain regular visitation programs with customers to build multi-level relationships.
* Ensure solutions meet customer objectives and requirements.
* Deliver strategic reviews and quarterly business reviews on time with recommendations for cost reduction and operational improvement.
* Manage all customer deliverables, including quote requests and general queries, according to customer expectations.
Requirements:
* Experience in account management or customer service-oriented roles, preferably in fleet management and leasing.
* Proven ability to drive customer-focused outcomes and consultative selling skills.
* Results-driven and target-focused with a strong sales pipeline.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
