About the Role
As the Retail Business Manager (BDM / Account Manager), you will be responsible for driving sales growth across NSW by:
* Managing and growing relationships with key retail and wholesale partners
* Identifying market opportunities and executing sales strategies
* Delivering product training, in-store activations, and retail support
* Achieving KPIs through collaboration with marketing, technical and supply chain team
* Representing the brand at trade events, training sessions and product launches
* Travelling regionally across NSW to maintain strong partner engagement

About You You'll bring:

o Proven experience in sales, account management or business development
* Background in HVAC, electrical retail, whitegoods or consumer electronics
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Solid retail and commercial acumen with a growth mindset
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams
* Current driver's licence and flexibility for regular NSW travel
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with major electrical retailers or wholesalers
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, retail merchandising or in-store training
