Responsibilities:
* Design, document, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions based on SQL / Oracle platforms, in collaboration with business applications, enterprise architecture and technology engineers.
* Manage and collaborate with platform and business applications incidents and requests, ensuring high level of customer service and satisfaction in Database solutions.
* Lead and collaborate in technology projects, including lifecycle upgrades, PAAS migration.
* Develop and document automation and monitoring solutions to streamline operational efficiency, capacity and performance.
* Sustain and enhance the security and compliance of technology to meet organisation standard, ISM, Essential 8 and ensure data integrity.
* Maintain and improve documentation of resolutions and operating procedures, to work towards root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Accreditation And Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or relevant industry experience
* 5+ year's experience in IT engineering, design / build or Senior DBA
* Certifications in Database technology (MS-SQL, Oracle, Other) are highly desirable
* Practical knowledge of accountable technologies and implementation / operational support strategies
* Technology Accountability include:
* SQL Server (MS-SQL, Azure SQL)
* Oracle Server
