The Star Gold Coast is where relaxation seamlessly intertwines with thrilling entertainment.As the Property Operations Manager, you will effectively manage and co-ordinate all maintenance works as well as the Property Operations team for the Star Gold Coast.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your leadership and management experience within Property Operations at The Star Gold Coast.A few of your responsibilitiesOversee the operational functions of the Facilities operations, to achieve the department’s objectives in conjunction with division and company objectivesManage the respective Supervisors to ensure preventative & corrective maintenance & repairs are programmed and scheduled through the Asset Management SystemReview, develop and implement policies and procedures ensuring operational and quality service standards are maintained across the Facilities department.Provide on-going evaluation of operating techniques, and develop and implement new methods to maximise efficiencyMonitor the productivity of the Facilities team members, review and discuss reports with direct reports on a monthly basisWhat are we looking forGreat interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsPrevious experience managing Property Services in a dynamic environment (24/7 highly regarded)Tertiary qualifications in engineering and/or facilities managementKnowledge of manpower/operating budgets.Ability to communicate and implement all statutory processes.About youWith your exceptional attention to detail and trades management background, you will take pride in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.
