Your new role
In this role, you'll contribute to the effective management of legal and regulatory matters for the organisation, including:
Supporting senior lawyers across a broad range of regulatory issues
Assisting with actual and potential litigation and other contentious matters
Conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and preparing advice for internal stakeholders
Working closely with risk, compliance, and corporate governance teams
Providing clear, pragmatic guidance to help the business navigate legal risk and complex operational challenges
What you'll need to succeed
2-4 years PAE, with the majority of your time spent in a litigation and/or regulatory practice group
Experience gained in a reputable law firm
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, peers, and external counsel
Excellent written communication and attention to detail, with the ability to produce precise legal documentation
Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for working across diverse legal matters in a fast‑paced environment
