Senior Human Resources Specialist
This is a highly sought-after position for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team in providing high-level support across a range of HR functions during a period of growth and transformation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team to deliver expert HR support including:
* Employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR)
* Talent onboarding and induction
* Personal development plans and training support
* Performance reviews and workforce planning
* Coaching and advisory support to senior leaders
* Proactive problem solving and continuous HR improvement
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior HR advisory or management role, with strong knowledge of ER/IR within the Australian context. They will be able to work proactively and independently, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
