Role and Responsibility
· Preparing a range of Modern Australian meals for guests of the venue, including, breakfast and lunch to a high standard
· Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
· Supervise and manage kitchen operations as required
· Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
· Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is in line with current health regulation standards

· Ability to multi-task
· Experience in a fast and busy environment
