This role plays a vital part in supporting maintenance service delivery through frontline call handling, accurate administrative support, and high-quality customer service.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to maintenance-related enquiries
* Providing efficient, high-quality customer service to customers and stakeholders
* Accurately recording, updating, and maintaining information in relevant systems
* Compiling documentation and reports with a high level of accuracy
* Working within a KPI-driven environment with performance monitoring mechanisms
* Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, de-escalation, and dispute resolution
* Effectively undertaking general administrative duties as required
* Supporting maintenance service delivery within the Maintenance Response Centre
About You
You are a proactive and organised administration professional who remains calm under pressure and delivers excellent service in fast-paced environments.
You will bring:
* Moderate experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (essential)
* Demonstrated experience in customer support or call centre environments (highly desirable)
* Strong general office administration skills, including Outlook
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and think outside the box
* Ability to operate under pressure and manage stressful situations
* Capacity to work independently with on-the-job training
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Maintenance knowledge or exposure (advantageous)
