A leadership role in a supportive, fun, and high-energy team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Group Fitness timetable
- Recruit, mentor, and support group fitness instructors
- Lead by example by teaching classes with energy and professionalism
- Drive class participation and engagement across the club
- Ensure the highest standard of class delivery and member experience
- 4 - 6 hours a week
Qualifications
- Previous experience in group fitness instructing
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skill
- Passion for fitness and helping members achieve results
- Availability to teach multiple classes per week
