Responsibilities
* Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team delivering third-party property access for construction projects across the regional rail network corridor.
* Contribute to the largest infrastructure program in Australia, playing a key role in ensuring compliance, managing stakeholder relationships and supporting projects that will shape the future of transport for the diverse peoples of NSW.
* Navigate complex property access arrangements and broker solutions that deliver efficiencies and value in a fast-changing environment with competing priorities and diverse stakeholders.
* Improve processes and implement best practices.
* Use negotiation, consultation and communication skills (property management, stakeholder engagement and compliance) to manage access arrangements, resolve issues, and maintain compliance to enable safe and efficient rail operations.
* This is a Hybrid role with five days a month to be spent at your home hub and a further five days to be spent at either your home hub or another TfNSW location. Location is flexible for the right candidate.
About You / Qualifications
* You're recognized as a collaborative problem-solver, skilled at building relationships and delivering practical solutions, and experienced in assessing access applications.
* Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
* Broad experience in property access management and stakeholder engagement.
* You will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the experience to negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
