We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our growing team in Adelaide. You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient, safe and accurate handlining of goods.

About the role:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will:
* Oversee goods receipting and issuing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
* Manage inventory control processes, including stock accuracy, cycle counts, and audits for the facilities' stores.
* Maintain up-to-date records of stock movements in the company ERP system.
* Coordinate the assembly of production build kits to meet manufacturing production order requirements.
* Maintain organized and clearly identifiable stock holdings.
* Support monitoring and coordinating all inbound and outbound deliveries, including packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHST) requirements
* Lead and develop warehouse team members, ensuring clear role responsibilities and performance standards.
What you'll Bring:
* Forklift Licence
* 5+ years experience as a Warehouse Manager preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (desirable).
* Experience in Defence Logistics and understanding of DEF-AUST 1000C requirements (desirable).
Mandatory Requirements:
* Must be able to access information controlled under the US International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR).
* Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance.
