The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are supporting our client in the search for a talented Structural Engineer to join their expanding team in Maroochydore or Brisbane .
In this role, you'll take ownership of the design and delivery of a diverse range of building projects, including mixed‑use, residential, and commercial developments. You'll work closely with experienced Civil and Structural Engineers and Designers who value innovation, quality outcomes, and genuine collaboration.

You'll bring
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients
* The ability to manage projects independently, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
* A solid technical foundation with a passion for quality and innovative design
* Experience in building design across residential, commercial, retail, and industrial projects
* Experience with multi‑storey concrete and post‑tensioned structures (highly regarded)
* Commercial awareness and a desire to contribute to the ongoing growth of the business
