About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Retail Operations Assistant to support our Regional Retail Manager. This office-based role involves close collaboration with retail branches across Australia to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, compliance with company standards, and seamless communication between head office and stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Regional Retail Manager in coordinating and monitoring the performance of retail branches
* Act as a point of contact between head office and store teams, helping to resolve operational issues and follow up on action items
* Maintain store records, rosters, compliance checklists, and administrative documentation
* Help implement and track promotional activities, store rollouts, and operational initiatives
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes in collaboration with HR
* Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the regional retail function
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 1 years of experience in retail operations, retail administration, or head office retail support
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of retail workflows and store operations will be highly regarded
* Willingness to travel occasionally to retail locations within Melbourne metro area
