Homelessness Service Team Member
We are currently seeking several team players to join our After Hours team, on a max term full-time basis until June 2026. The role involves working with adults and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness on the Gold Coast.
Job Description:
* This program works across Monday to Sunday, outside regular business hours as we operate on a 24/7 service delivery model and based from Southport.
* The applicant will have experience working with people experiencing homelessness, including rough sleepers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A tertiary qualification in human services, community services, Youth Services or related field.
* Excellent verbal communication skills that enable you to assess needs accurately and extensively.
* A basic level of competence with technology.
* Experience of paid or volunteer work with people experiencing homelessness.
