An Australian FMCG business with a strong portfolio of trusted consumer brands is looking for an experienced Senior National Account Manager – Grocery to join its growing sales team in Melbourne.
This role is responsible for managing national grocery and retail accounts, delivering sustainable and profitable growth, and building strong, long‐term customer partnerships. Working closely with internal teams, you'll lead customer strategy, range development, promotions and commercial execution across the grocery channel.
What you'll do:
* Lead national grocery and retail customer relationships
* Deliver sales, margin and trade spend targets
* Execute Joint Business Plans and range reviews
* Identify new product, category and channel opportunities
* Drive promotional performance and eCommerce growth
* Use scan data and forecasting to inform decisions
* Lead and develop one team member
